Get a taste of one of the most exciting and fastest growing water sports in the world with a Wing SUP lesson.
It's not wing foiling but it's a good introduction to the world of wing foil. Do it safely on a SUP board with a modified fin from Slingshot (pic below).
Wing SUP is the easiest and safest way to start your wing foil journey and will give you a solid understanding of how to stand and use your wing correctly.
ABOUT WING SUP LESSONS
All equipment is included in your lesson with one of our certified SUP instructors from Surfing Australia (usually Ben). Ben has a lot of experience as a wing foiler and qualified SUP instructor so you're in good hands!
You're welcome to bring your own wing if you've bought it and haven't used it yet. We'll supply a SUP and sUP WINDer from Slingshot.
As the name suggests, the SUP Winder from Slingshsot is the easiest and safest way to get a feel for wing foil. Wing foil takes a lot of patience and perseverance so the best way to start (in our view) is with a SUP, a wing and modified fin.
All these items will make for more control, safety, stability and most of all, more fun for your lesson!

Wing SUP lessons are hosted in light and onshore (strictly no lessons in offshore winds) conditions at Cosy Corner in Torquay, Victoria.
