By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from stonker.com.au you signify your acceptance of the following terms & conditions:

• All prices advertised are in $AUD

• Stonker shall not be liable for any consequential damages or injury that may result from the use (or misuse) of the information, media or products on this site. If you are not competent in the use of the product you ordered - please obtain professional instruction - please contact us and we will help you.

• You agree that we may hold your details for the purpose of completing your order, or contacting you regarding your dealings with us. Please also see our Privacy Policy.

• Most products we sell are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty. This usually applies to manufacturing defects only, and does not apply to normal wear and tear, or misuse of the product. Please refer to the manufacturer’s documentation for more info. For peace of mind, products purchased from stonker.com.au can be returned (at the buyers expense) for a store credit to be used against a future purchase. Goods must be returned in new condition, and within 14 days of receipt.

• Unauthorised or commercial use of content or multimedia material (of any sort) displayed on the Stonker website is prohibited. If you wish to link to somewhere in our site other than our homepage, then please ask our permission first.

• In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order... you could understand if we accidentally listed a $500 kite for $50 right?

• All gift vouchers/cards expire 36months from purchase date.

• Free shipping option* is available for all orders over $100.00, delivered within Australia only. (*Free Shipping does not apply to second hand equipment, consignment stock or large bulky items like Foil wing/sup boards).
  
  
• Discounted items and Clearance items are final. No refunds or exchanges on these purchases.

Lesson Cancellation / Rain Check Policy

• Weather cancellations: If we cancel your lesson because the wind or weather isn't suitable, you'll be offered a new time at no extra cost, or a credit for the full lesson to use later. No deductions apply.
• 48 hours' notice: If you can't make your lesson, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your lesson start time and no credit will be deducted.
• Less than 48 hours' notice: Let us know as soon as you can and we'll do our best to fill your spot. If we fill it, nothing is deducted. If we can't, 1 hour of lesson credit will be deducted from the amount you've paid.
• No notice or no-show: If you don't give notice or don't turn up, the full lesson credit will be deducted.
• Arriving late: If you arrive late, the time missed will be deducted from your total lesson time.
• Special circumstances: If you need to cancel within 48 hours for another reason (medical or otherwise), you'll need to provide evidence of the circumstance. Without evidence, the deductions above will apply.

Information on the site is subject to change without notice. If we decide to change our terms and conditions, we will post those changes on this page.

If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, then your sole remedy is to discontinue the use of this website.

'Win Your First Flight' Giveaway

Open to residents of Australia aged 18+. Winner must be available to complete their lesson on the Surf Coast, VIC within 60 days of winning.

Prize is one (1) x 4-hour Wing SUP Half-Day Immersion for two (2) people, conducted with one instructor and one shared set of equipment between both participants.

Lesson is weather and wind dependent — if conditions are unsuitable on the booked date, the lesson will be rescheduled at no cost.

$200 store credit requires a minimum purchase of $300 and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

Store credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.

Gear review applicable to wing foiling equipment only.

Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
