Expanding on the legacy of our original HA (high aspect) foils released in 2021, the new HA range offers an unprecedented combination of easy pumping, endless glide, and rippability. With a newly developed section shape, outline, and profile, these foils have a remarkable "best of both worlds" ability to carve beautiful lines and stay high in the power zone for maximum wave riding potential.

The foil section is tweaked incrementally across the wingspan (evolutive section shape) for increased gliding efficiency and consistent lift at various bank angles and flight speeds. Riders of the previous generation Armstrong HA range can downsize by one foil size, for example, moving from the older HA925 to the new HA880, while maintaining familiar pumpability and experiencing a significant overall performance increase. After two years of research with a leading CFD team in the hydrofoil sailboat world, the HA range turns beautifully and its section is optimized to follow the wave, allowing smooth connections between swell
