If you're planning to experience SUP for the very first time and would prefer individual one-on-one instruction, or want to improve your SUP skills and knowledge, this is the perfect lesson for you!

90 minutes

ABOUT

Private lesson times are flexible and by appointment only. We provide a board, leash and paddle. All boards are inflatable to help make the learning process easier. You're welcome to bring your own inflatable SUP or hardboard SUP.

ITINERARY

The session is focused on just you or your group.
Taught by your experienced a accredited SUP-FIT instructor and coach
Covers all the basics: from warm-up, to kneel paddling; turning and standing
Includes important water safety rules and how to read the weather conditions
Relaxed, supportive vibe
Professional and well organised
Massive fun!

All SUP lessons are conducted at Cosy Corner Beach or Spring Creek Estuary in Torquay.

Parking is FREE at Cosy Corner in Torquay. Just know the carpark at Cosy Corner can be really busy during peak season in January.
