Stonker stocks a wide range of stand up paddleboarding equipment including new and used paddleboards, SUP paddles, and other accessories. In fact, we believe we have the largest range of stand up paddle equipment on the entire Surf Coast of Victoria! We have our own "Stonker" branded boards in 4 series, many of the high performance Blue Planet boards from Hawaii, the incredible RED Paddle Co Inflatable SUP boards and also, for the novice stand up paddler, the Oahu Six range of boards. We also sell SUP boards on consignment and we take trade-ins, so it is most unlikely that we will not have a board to suit you and your budget.
In the event that we don't have something on the rack to suit you, we also hand craft custom SUP boards to suit your style of riding. Our custom paddleboard shaper Eji Shiomoto has over 45 years experience in the shaping bay. It takes a little longer and costs a little more, but the end result can be absolutely the bees knees! We are now also starting to fill our racks with SUP boards made right here in our Torquay, Victoria, Australia factory. Unlike many SUP retailers who have never made a board, we not only have been building SUP boards for about 8 years, but we also repair them. Stonker has a team of experienced craftsmen to carry out stand up boards and SUP paddle repairs from our factory in Torquay Victoria. This is another area that we have an excellent reputation in. Alex Gillan, who heads our repair and production area, has years of experience working with all sorts of exotic materials that are used in SUP construction. That knowledge ensures that your SUP board will be repaired to the absolute top performance possible. We guarantee that our SUP repairs will last the distance!
Stonker hosts a number of demo days each summer. The purpose of the demo day is to allow you to try out one or sometimes more boards to work out which one is most suitable for you. There is a small charge for the demo day but the charge is then used as credit against your purchase of a SUP board. Please bring your own wetsuit or other comfortable water-wear. We can supply boards and paddles but please bring your own gear if you already have it.
Paddleboarding is a highly weather dependent sport with this in mind lessons will only be conducted in suitable conditions left to the instructor’s discretion depending on your ability.

Are you interested in a 2nd hand SUP board? We usually have a good range of used boards and can advise you on getting the right size and type of board. This is a big advantage over buying a used board privately, where the seller probably only has one board for sale and may not be able to give you good advice on whether the board is suitable for you. Chances are they'll say that it is anyway, just to get the sale! When we have a good range of them, you have a much better choice.
Do you need to sell a stand up paddle board? We can either take a board as a TRADE IN on a new SUP board, or we can sell it on consignment for you. We can even buy a board from you if you need to sell it quickly!
